Dr. Bungi Sibaya is the person behind the Health Centre. He qualified for his MBChB in the year 2000 at the University of Transkie in Umtata (now WSU). He is a General Practitioner with extensive experience in Primary Health Care. Prior to opening Sibaya Sempilo in 2007, he was employed at the Frere Hospital, Victoria Hospital (in Alice), Empilweni Gompo Health Centre, Prime Cure Medical Centre, Buffalo City Municipality Health, Sanca and Men’s Clinic International.
We are open from 09H00 until 17H00 weekdays. On Saturdays from 09H00-13H00 we work STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT, as the doctor works out of town on certain weekends. Sundays and Public Holidays we are not opened unfortunately.
Yes, we do accept most medical aids, although we might require co-payment for some schemes. This can be confirmed at the reception desk.

As much as it is illegal to issue a false sick note, it undermines your relationship with the doctor concerned. A medical certificate is issued only if your incapacitated due to illness.

Yes. We have a fully equipped dispensary, and there is a pharmacy in close proximity as well.
On the premises we only do ‘Baby’ Sonar. There are however, Radiology units that we can refer you to, a few blocks away from us.
